  1. SDL/EDL protest in kilmarnock

    I been meaning to have a moan about this a week or 2 ago when I found out about the planned march.

    I’ve got nothing against the SDL/EDL protest against muzzies, go for it all you want, I don’t really give a shit. My moan is against the unduly over hyped response the media, the anti-fascists and Muslims give it. Go be racist blame pakis and Muslims for all your problems, claim its only against extremists, despite your extreme views, offensive chanting and bigotry.

    But don’t give the twats any attention, people love a scapegoat I know I do, I blame most of my troubles on JJ Abrams. But seriously stop giving these deluded twats the time of day.

    I’m on the board of directors of a Muslim charity all about awareness and breaking down barriers, its a shame no cunt listens to what I say when i’m not behind a mic.

    This has to be the best exam question ever i’ve ever seen:
    “You are at an intergalactic convention on the planet Drakos when you bump into your old pal Zug from the planet Zork. You get chatting about web technologies on the planet Earth and mention Servlet Technologies.

    Write a short paragraph outlining what a Servlet is and what type of problems it attempts to address. You discussion should indicate how the Servlet is executed.”

  4. Screw You Bennett!

    This whole job hunt thing is getting exceedinly stressful. I have applied for a number of positions and the vast majority of them haven’t evenresponded. iIt is somewhat irritating, I’m aware its no doubt due to the fact I only have 2 real years of experience which is a hell of a lot more than most near grads and I am applying for more seasoned roles. Additionally I’m still at uni (3 weeks to go), but you’d think a relative novice willing to be paid a pittence and willing to be treated like dirt would be snapped up.

    I should have applied to more graduate jobs I think, although with some I passed the phone interview then, never hear a word… But i’m still hopefully I’ll find something soon in computing otherwise I may need to try for less role specialist jobs.

  5. Spoiling the Ballot

    So the ballots have been counted and we now have a Conservative and Lib Democrat Coalition Government.

    The only word I have in my arsenal to correctly describe my feelings about such a coalition is “apathetic”. At this stage in life I couldn’t give a rats arse about it any more. I used to be a Lib Dem supporter, I had honestly thought that they would stick to their ideals, rather than jump in bed with a Tory Government. To be fair to the Lib Dems, this is probably their only chance of “power” anyway, but they do seemed to have stabbed a lot of their supporters in the back.

    Now i’ve got a lot of time for the SNP, i’ve never really been a fan of the idea of independence for Scotland, I personally don’t think it could work as easily as the nationalists make out. But; i’m beginning to feel like I should join the party, they have similar ideals to mine, and seem to be a way more  honourable party than the Lib Dems. I mean they never even got Vince Cable the job as chancellor. If you are going to have a coallition at least get Vince in, he’s a sensible man, but he’s business secretary what a crap position…

    I suppose the only thing thats stopping me from join the SNP full time is apathy, nothing ever changes does it, I like to pretend it would, but who knows.  I do hope cameron can mend our “broken society”, especially seeing I don’t trust him to mend his bike.
