Asim was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1986. He's the youngest of 3 children. He had a largely uneventful childhood.

Asim spent the early part of his life studying languages, to the extent he wanted to be a linguist. But he rapidly got bored of it, stating that; "once you learn the swear words in a language there is no point trying to learn anymore."

Asim took the leap from studying languages to studying even more geeky stuff. He's currently in his final year studying to be a Software Engineer.

Asim is currently making his first few tentative steps into the mainstream stand up comedy circuit. Enthusiastic as ever Asim is desperately seeking stage time and will hopefully be gigging in your locale soon.

Asim is a recovering vegetarian. He has a black belt in Judo, which he wanted to use for the olympics but wasn't good enough. He collects hats and skydives on a less than regular basis, he has a fear of camels and he once met Bon Jovi and Roger Daltrey, but not at the same time.
